Welcome to our Royal Family! Please follow the steps below to register your student for 2022-2023 school year.

STEP 1: Complete the Online Registration Process
- Click on this link to complete the Online Registration – OLR. https://campusportal.sweetwaterschools.org
- If you need a password reset please email the school registrar at vanessa.bueno@sweetwaterschools.org
- Once your online application is approved you will receive an email of confirmation.
ONLY if you have moved you will need to complete step 2.
STEP 2: Complete Proof of Residency/Affidavit Form
- Complete and sign this Residency Affidavit Form.
- Affidavit English version or Affidavit Spanish version.
- Scan one (1) Proof of Residency — Acceptable Documents are the following:
- Utility Bill: All Utility bills must be dated within 60 days of enrollment date: Gas & Electric, Water, Cable TV, Internet, Trash or Sewer
* NO PHONE BILLS ACCEPTED*
- Verification of Social Services
- Lease Agreement/Rental Contract with Letterhead of the complex, business card from apartment manager and a current rental receipt *NO GENERIC RENTAL CONTRACTS ARE ACCEPTED*
- Pay Stub
- Email BOTH completed documents to the school registrar at: rdm.registrations@sweetwaterschools.org

STEP 1: School of Residency
In order to begin the registration process, your son or daughter must live within our school boundaries. To verify if Rancho del Rey Middle School is your school of residency, please verify your address by clicking on School Locator:

STEP 4: Online Registration – Campus Portal
Our online system to register students is called the “Campus Portal”. Using the instructions provided to you by our Registrar, log in, review and make any necessary changes then SUBMIT your application. ONE Registration Application per Family.

STEP 5: Course Selection
Welcome to Rancho Del Rey Middle School. It is time to select your courses for 7th or 8th grade. Please click the appropriate 7th or 8th grade link below and fill out the form to select your classes. Please select your elective choices and number them 1-5 in order of preference. You will also indicate whether your child is requesting the Dual Immersion Program or Accelerated courses.

Special Education/IEP Students:
Parents/guardians of students in the Special Education program can contact our school psychologist, Ms. Melanie Armour, at Melanie.armour@sweetwaterschools.org for assistance with your child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
