At RDM, our after-school sports program is provided through the Middle School Athletic League (MSAL). Participation in MSAL allows our students to compete against other South County middle school teams in football, baseball, basketball, softball, soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse. SPORTS TEAM PRACTICE: Girls Basketball practice will be held in the Amphitheater on Tuesday at 3 PM. Boys 7th Grade Basketball practice will be on Wednesday at 3 PM. Meet promptly at the Amphitheater and bring your own water, towel, etc.
Students interested in the MSAL league must complete the Participation Form with parental consent prior to contacting a coach.
